TEAM REGISTRATION
Players who are interested in serving as captains and forming a CCTL team are asked to first register on-line as a CCTA member (a requirement of all players). After completing your membership application, you will be provided a confirmation page with your login (email) and individual password. Please write these down as they will be needed to access the "CCTA Player Tools" section of the website where you will be able to Register a Team and subsequently add players to your roster. Note: There are no additional team fees required to register a team for CCTL.
NAME YOUR OWN TEAM!
During the team registration process, captains will be asked to indicate the team's home club or facility, gender and level (i.e. Valley Vista, Women's 3.5). In addition, captains are asked to come up with a unique name for their team, which will be used to identify that team throughout the season.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE - June 7, 2006
Team registration for the initial CCTL season will last from
May 1 - June 7, 2006.
We ask captains to register as early as possible during this nine-week timeframe
so that individual players have the ability to register for a team when they sign up
for the league.
Keep in mind that individual players may be added after this deadline and
throughout the season.
PLAYER REGISTRATION
To register for a CCTL team, players must first sign up as a CCTA member.
Membership is now free, however, league registration is $25 per season.

Upon completion of the on-line registration form, players will be provided a confirmation page with your login (email) and individual password. Please write these down as they will be needed to access the "CCTA Player Tools" section of the website where you will be able to "Join a Team." The login and password will also allow access to other "CCTA Member-Only" portions of this website.
